We normally hear about your relocation via your human resources department.  They will advise us of the type of services they would like to provide you with and then we develop an appropriate package.

At this stage we will contact you to discuss in detail your requirements.  We will cover the basics of the move such as timings and logistics as well as arranging the dates of your home finding trip to Zurich.  This is an important step for us as it gives us our first opportunity to listen to you and to appreciate the specific needs that you and your family have.  Each expatriate has his/her own concerns and we aim to take care of these as much as possible. Our approach is designed to maximise the time we spend together and to get the most out of your home finding trip.  Efficiency is key.

At the start of the trip you may feel a little apprehensive about the impending move.  It is our aim that after your time in Zurich with us, you leave feeling relaxed, confident with the choices you have made, more at ease with the new environment and looking forward to settling into your new home here in Zurich.  For us it is not just about showing properties and schools but about getting to know you, understanding you and your needs and helping you to “tune into” your new environment.  Providing answers to any questions you may have is part of the benefit of our experience and local knowledge.

In most cases (over 95%) we find the right home, and school where required, in the desired location, open a bank account and introduce you to the local area within the first two or three days of a visit.
